Cadimage roof tool

I have a strange problem: when ever roof plane's line's are not on 90° angle, ArchiCAD don't draw Cadimage part's like gutter, fascia... If you look at picture it is missing gutter, barge, fascia. As soon as I change angles between lines on roof plane, everything is normal and it shows all Cadimage parts.
Anyone have a solution?

You should contact CadImage support directly for this type of question. I have had good response in the past for issues that I have had. I have not had this problem that you show.
