Can't see Users...

Hope soemone can help. I'm working remotly, with the latest R15 teamwork. Send and recieve are fine, everything in teamwork is good, but I can't see my other users, or message them. The 'teamwork project settings' dialogue refuses to open. it did once then hung my machine. I could see the other users in the dialogue, but trying to message them through the dialogue, caused the hang.
Any ideas?
I have lead architect privileges.

Wokka, please find here a couple of ideas that might help:

- restart the BIM Server or the computer that runs the BIM Server to restart the Messaging Server service of the BIM Server.
- Go offline on the ArchiCAD side and then go back online: Open the Teamwork palette and click on the arrow next to online, select work offline, then a couple of seconds later check it out to go back online.

Let me know the results of these.
