Crash on Module Teamwork

We have a Teamwork file that is used like a module, we can open in some computer but not in some others.
We have tried to reinstall Archicad and clean all the preferences but the same story. We work with the same update patch and library.
What can be the problem?

Are all AC instances of the exact same build?

Also, if it does not resolve, you may try to send & receive all changes, save the PLP as PLN and reshare it to see if that solves it.

Thank, Laszlonagy for your replay, library,all the add-on and build are exactly the same.
I sent the file to GS in Boston and they said the file is OK.
I don't know what I need to do.
