Exporting STEP Files

Hi,

We are currently working with a fit-out company that is requesting for a STEP file format of our Archicad model. This is for them to fit their retail accessories into the the space while using our model as a base.

Is there a viewer or conversion software than can be used that can convert IFC or Autocad exports (Archicad) to STEP Files?
