Google Earth no show

Have sent a model to Google Earth and placed it in it's appropriate location. Looks good on my computer.

However, the model does not show up on any other computer even with 3D building layer turned on. Is there another step that must be done to make it a permanent model that can be seen by any user of Google Earth?
