HOW DO I EXPORT ARCHICDA V9 FILE INTO 3DS MAX 2009?????

Can someone please help me. I am wanting to export my archicad V9 files into 3ds max 2009 but have no idea how to do this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

3D window-->File--->Save as---> 3DS
