Schedule Zone Property with area

Hello there,

I have looked everywhere but can't find a simple solution for this:
I have created a "finishing" property to each zone in the project as an option list. Until now I have used it for Graphic Override combinations but I want also to generate a schedule with calculated areas by type of finishing.
I can do the area schedule, I can do the property schedule but I can't seem to find how to combine them into one schedule.

Sounds like you need a conditional formula?? I don't know any way to do that in version 21 in the interactive schedules other than the filters.

However if you upgrade to 22, they do have conditional IF's in expressions, which, I believe would accomplish what you want. I would just wait until 22 is released in your area
