Teamworked project always offline - cannot send and receive

Having problems with the BIM server module for 14. The one for 13 is working fine - several projects still underway. Have restarted BIM server several times over the last several days and restarted client machine, but still cannot connect to BIM server. All firewalls are off, and I can ping server from client. All updates are done on both machines. I am trying to get more project help, but I am having to resort to hotlinked files rather than TW. Any guesses would be welcomed.

Thanks to Tim from GS Support. He instructed us to add the IP address to the dialog box under the Advanced Tab on the BIM Server Manager. See attached screen shot. Even though we are not sharing the server across the Internet. Then also needed to flush my client machine's cache for all server info and trash my connections.xml file. So far so good.
