Trapezoid window shoulder height in schedule

Anonymous
Not applicable
Hello everyone,
I can't get the shoulder height to show in the window schedule.
Anyone know how to get this to show up there?

I'm using the "WS Window Schedule" and the shoulder height is not in the available parameters list, but it is in the window tools custom settings
(shape & opening) and also in the tools all parameters window at the very top
(first entry)

Thanks,

Jonathan

New post was removed since it is the same post as this one. From now on if you want to revive a post just add a new reply indicating "Bump" or something so that the post status refreshes.
I don't have AC17 installed but did you check in the "Add Properties section"?
If it is not there then you will probably need to add it manually.

I'm using 18 and could switch to 19 on this job if this issue has been addressed in 19?
I have to visit a job site now, but will try your suggestion when I return later today.

Thanks Eduardo

Eduardo,
Thank you for your help. Yes, I was able to add the shoulder height parameter to the schedule. It's a beautiful thing.
