What does your company included for deliverables for clients/contractors?
Currently I include floor plans, elevations, framing plans, sections, structural details, door & window schedules, & a light/vent schedule at the most basic. This is all that is needed for the permitting process.
I have done floor joist, truss, room & finish schedules before. Just wondering what everyone else includes for their clients beyond what is required for permitting. Does your company charge extra for this additional information?
I'm in the process of redoing the company template and organizing standards of what will be delivered to the client.
