What do you need it for? Perhaps a consultant could send you one of their templates?

Can checking the Automatic Pen Color Visibility Adjustment for Model Views checkbox of the Work Environment Dialog be an option for this case?

Erika gave me the answer,
If I open an DWG directly by double clicking the DWG icon, AC asks for changing the back ground to black, if one chooses the black, AC imports the Pen set and calls it AutoCAD Colors. Now with Attribute Manager can also be transfered to other projects if that file had the default AutoCAD pen set.
Thanks,
