Archicad 18 has been installed on all of our office systems about two months now after upgrading from AC 16. Coincidentally, ever since the upgrade there has been a problem opening files from our network share drive. Every time you try to access any file type, explorer crashes and the desktop is left blank----free of all shortcuts and task bar.
However, AC18 or AC16 still runs normal when this happens. You are then forced to restart to have it work normal again. We are using W7 OS. The problem has gotten worse. Not sure if it is AC 18 or its a windows issue. But we were using AC16 trouble free (of course with all the updates) Our IT technicians can't seem to locate the problem for the period we have been experiencing this issue. Any help on this matter?
