contact management software for osx?

i am in need of a new contact managment software for my powerbook. i used act for 9 years on my pc. it was more power than i really needed but did a great job of contact info, scheduling time, document linking and synced to fairly well w/ my kyocera 7135 palm phone. http://www.act.com/products/2005/index.cfm
i have mac office with entourage, not sure that is really the direction i want to head, plus it did not import my act database very well. i am running a demo version of daylite1.7.3. http://www.marketcircle.com/index.html
it did a decent job with my act database, but not sure how well it will do with my palm. it looks like a great program at a resonable price, but is set up for sales. there may be some industry specific 3rd party add ons for it. daylite also seems to have a good 'project' feature.
filemaker (and arch office) have been mentioned on this forum, looks pretty pricy and complex, but if it does the job, great.
any suggestions from the mac wizards on the forum?
thanks!

I'm looking at ArchiOffice. It seems like great architectural management software for both platforms. It costs about $600/seat (1-5 users). It handles billing, time management, checklists, etc. - www.archioffice.com

arch office does look like a great package. there is a mobile option also for palm & ce. ejrolon mentioned arch office in this recent post: http://archicad-talk.graphisoft.com/viewtopic.php?t=5249 another post mentions a few other programs for document accounting solutions for architects. aim may be a bit more powerful than i need. http://archicad-talk.graphisoft.com/viewtopic.php?p=5753&highlight=archioffice#5753
it would be good to hear more from other users.
