Hi.

Is it possible to convert a 3d model from autocad 2011 to archicad. So it preserves the 3d informations.?

Yes.
I think ArchiCAD 14 did not support dwg 2011. So you must convert your dwg to version AutoCAD 2010 or lower then import it in AC. How to do this ?. Take a look to this topic:

I need to have all the 3d informations from the autocad 3d model into archicad. Is that possible or do I haft to convert the autocad file to something else than dwg.?

I need to change some walls etc. in the imported model, is that possible or is it locked for doing so.?

I have archicad 15.

No, it´s not possible. Walls in dwg will became solids in ArchiCAD, etc...
If you need to change some walls etc., open the file in AutoCAD and make all changes there. If you did not have AutoCAD, download a FREE clone from Dassault (DraftSight):

If you save as IFC in AutoCAD, then perhaps yes.
