Not applicable
if anyone finds time consumeing transfering calculation lists from archicad to word/excel/access or to get it organized the fastest way of doing it is
to copy data from list and paste to word document. then replace spacebars
(press one time spacebar in 'find what' window) with nothing (dont touch 'replace with' at all) and replace 'I' with tab(one or more and it has to be copied from word doc. and pasted to 'replace with' ). than easyli it can be copied to table, excel or acces.
hope it will helpful.

Saving any Calc text output as text, and then opening in Excel specifying | as separator does even better job IMHO. The only replacement you have to do is insert formulas in the totals fileds.

I have found it very fast. easy and smooth to pre define an Excel workwook with all the appropriate sheets titles, cover sheet, fonts etc. and save the AC list as tabbed text... then import into the appropriate sheet and nothing else is required but saving as a PDF. An example can be downloaded at http://www.thompsonplans.com/plans/pages/details/1313A where it says "sample".
