door schedule in archicad 15

Hi, im having some trouble with the door schedule. The first thing is i don't know why i can't type in text into some of the cells, when i click to type in something the cell turns blue and i can't type in anything. The other thing is i can't type in anything in another cell because its telling me that the layer is off but when i checked it was on. Just another thingis there a way of adding more custom text rows because i need more than 10.
