That will depend on what is in the RAR file.
First you will have to extract the files and tell us what file type they are.
If they are GSM files already then you can just load them through your library manager.
If they are not GSM then you will need to import them (if possible) into Archicad and then save as an object.
Tell us what the files are and someone can give you more of an idea if you still have trouble.
