If you check the file formats in the DXF-DWG Translation Setup Dialog, you will see that they are in 3-year increments.
This is something Autodesk has been doing in the last many years: they change the file format every 3rd version.
So the AutoCAD 2013 format is used by AutoCAD 2014 and AutoCAD 2015 as well.
So the only item currently missing from that list is AutoCAD 2016.

Now, AutoCAD 2016 came out a few months ago. Graphisoft, as many other software vendors, is using the DWG Libraries of the Open Design Alliance (ODA). But it usually takes some time after a new AutoCAD version comes out for the ODA to be able to create these libraries so software vendors can implement them.

So my prediction is that probably "AutoCAD 2016" will be among those choices at some point in the future, maybe in one of the next AC19 updates/hotfixes.

Regardless of this, I think you will be just fine saving in AutoCAD 2013 format. Consultants using later AutoCAD versions should be able to open those files just fine.

Funny, I checked and found that the ODA released the new version of their platform just today:

As you can see in that press released this version also support 2016 *.dwg.

I was just at Graphisoft today and accidentally this topic came up.
As I was informed, Autodesk did NOT change the file format in AutoCAD 2016. In the last decade or so they always changed the file format in every third version but not this time.
So AutoCAD 2016 is apparently using the same AutoCAD 2013 file version, which means that ARCHICAD 19 should have no problem opening AutoCAD 2016 DWG/DXF files.

Some more on this topic.
There was another topic that deals with opening DWG files and one of the users says that he opens AutoCAD 2016 DWG files:

http://archicad-talk.graphisoft.com/viewtopic.php?p=250639#250639

So ARCHICAD 19 definitely can open AutoCAD 2016 DWGs.
