MEP modeler

Hi everyone,
we're considering purchasing the MEP modeler. I was wondering if anyone is using it, and whether or not it's worth it. Is it a time saver?

I've been using it for some coordination modeling and it works quite well. Like any of these things it takes some getting used to but I prefer it to Revit MEP since once things are placed they stay put and I can adjust and revise anything as I see fit. Revit does have some more advanced features but it keeps doing as it thinks best and I feel like I have to wrestle it into submission. I haven't used AutoCAD MEP enough to form an opinion. Pro detailers have some serious apps with links to fabrication but ArchiCAD MEP isn't in that league.

I downloaded the trial version of the MEP modeler and I'm trying to see if it can save some time.

The MEP modeler seems to be a great modelling tool for our company. At Emu Architects, we are specializing in Passivhaus design, therefore we need to design the MEP and ventilation system at the same time as the building envelope to optimizie efficiency.

However, I don't understand one detail about the MEP routing options: is it possible to set a constant slope for a routing? I mean, if I need to design the sewage pipework, I need to set a constant slope (1-2%). I had a look at the options available in the MEP modeler, but whenever I chose to do a routing (instead of one single element), the slope option was greyed out.

Ok, nevermind. I had a look at the MEP Modeler User Guide and yes, I can set a constant slope angle, but not in the trial version.
