UI icon lost in many places. HELP!

Hey guys! My Archicad 24.6004, Some UI icons are not shown, just left blank grey ones. As shown in below.

I repair the installation, NOT WORK.

Did someone happen to know how to solve this problem?

Hello William,

Did you try to switch between workspace profiles? If you imported a profile created in an earlier version, it can cause such issue.

Also check that your video drivers are up to date and that you are not using a built-in graphics card.

A dedicated graphics card is recommended for Archicad.

Yes! I import a profile maded by ac23 into my ac24, but I switch back to default profile, It still the same. And it is strange that the profile import is OK on my laptop, same version same profile. The desktop pc has this problem.

Also, I reinstalled the AC. The problem is still there.    😞

I intalled the newest studio version nVidia driver. Not work here.  😥

Thank you very much for the report and I am very sorry for the experience!

At the moment, we are having one more similar report from another client. Unfortunately, we are still unable to identify the problem.

 

I'm wondering whether you can help us with a few tests?

1. Try to perform a Preferences Cleaning

2. Install another Archicad language version and see if the issue also happens there
