Absence of "Wall Closure" for Windows in Section Views

Does the Absence of "Wall Closure" for Windows in Section View means that the only way to solve that problem is drafting in Detail Views ?....Thank you

Yes, the Wall Closure graphics is written in GDL for the Windows, but only in 2D, so its geometry is not generated in 3D, hence you do not see it in Section either. Theoretically, it could be scripted in 3D as well, but GRAPHISOFT chose not to do that.
You would have to use Lines and Fills, which you could save as a Patch object and place instances of that in your Sections.

In AC23 you could model the structure above the opening using a beam with complex profiles. Using different profiles you could have one for where the structure is embedded in the wall and a different one for above the opening with soffit finishes. Obviously the finishes will need to be coordinated with the frame position of the door / window.
