Hello,

I ran into a problem - when running pln and bpn, it gives an error:

"can not read plan"

when launched through recovery, it also gives an error - failure of the recovery process

the file cannot be saved? there are no ways at all?

Is it because the file was saved with a newer version of Archicad?

i.e. 22 can not open a 24 file.

Or it could be that the file has become corrupt (especially if it is in a cloud storage drive).

Does the file still have a file size, or is it 0KB?

Barry.

Hello,

Thank you very much for the question!

If the above suggestions do not help, I would like to take a look at your file(s) to see whether it can be recovered somehow. Please let me know if you need a secure place to upload the file to us.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

Best regards,

Minh
