Best way to create 19 houses

I have a project starting soon, 19 houses (single level) on one site....what would be the best way to create them?

I am assuming that there will be 5-6 design types, which will be mirrored an slightly modified to create the rest.

What is the best way to carry out this project, also keep in mind I will need to also provide a site plan, elevations showing all 19 houses too.

You will want to look at using hotlink modules.
Create each of your plans as separate PLNs - you only need 6 if some of them are to be identical.
Create another PLN for your site plan.
Now you can use the hotlink manager to bring in each of your house plans.
They can be elevated, rotated and mirrored to suit the site.

There will be many post here discussing it as well as movies in YouTube.

Ya I had learnt from here about hotlinking, and was also leaning towards this method. Just wanted to know if there was other options, as I dont think it would be smart to do all 19 on one PLN. file. Also can u bring in the same hotlink file more then once?

Also a little concerned about mirroring units, do i just have to mirror the hotlink? an it wont cause problems?

Yes you can bring in a hotlink as many times as you like.
If you change the original all hotlinks will update.
You can break the hotlink if you need to modify an individual plan but I would create a new duplicate PLN and modify that then link that one in.

Mirroring shouldn't be a problem but it may depend on whether you left justify or centre justify your text and labels.
I centre justify everything and that remains the same when mirroring.
Left justified will become right justified however.
If it doesn't work then just duplicate the original plan and mirror that and fix it up - then hotlink that in.
