Cadimage True or False

True or False: In order for the Accessories tool's siding to frame a curved window correctly, instead of leaving a rectangle around it, you must use a window from Cadimage Door and Window Builder Add-On.

Further:

I am putting siding on a wall.
It seems to work by adding an OBJECT to the exterior or the wall.
When you guys use this, do you not include the siding in your profile or composite since the accessories tool is going to include it?
Or Should I just be turning this layer of in plan?
I suppose I would want it on in section to show the edges of the siding? Yes?

How do you guys handle this? I just got the this Add-On a couple days ago. FIrst time using it.

OH- and i dont see a read me file or help menue. Maybe I deleted it?

1 more Edit:
Does this tool not follow slanted walls?

False. But, as far as I can tell, don't use the AC window's trim.... Define the window's trim in WallBuilder Settings> Openings> Trim. See attached.

I only use the cladding in 3D/elevation views. You can choose to have the C.I. siding show in plan, elevation, section or 3D via layer management. It's Personal preference. Use none, one or the other.

It should be loaded into the AC Help Menu. "Cadimage Accessories"

No, it will: Wallbuilder settings> General> Wall Top Shape> Follow Wall
EDIT: If by slanted you mean the top of the wall is higher at one end than the other (i.e. rake wall, gable end wall) Yes... It won't work on a "tilted" wall (i,e. battered, not plumb)

If you get stuck... try emailing (or call) support in the Land of Long White Cloud... they're pretty good about answering questions.

Are you serious about the Land of Long White cloud?

Hard to sense sarcasm in in a forum.

If you are serious- Are they? What is that about?

They could also call it the "Land of Vowel Substitution."

You notice this traveling that accents are easy to pick up if you put substitute vowels into words:

black - Canada
block - England
bleck - New Zealand
Blick - South Africa
