Please, why I cannot find the 'chain of walls' tool as the image?

Click and hold on the leftmost icon, a pop-up will appear with the Single, Chained, Rectangular and Rotated Rectangular options.

You should add your ArchiCAD version to your signature, these icons are different in the more current versions.
