Changing the standard materials of objects permanently

Hi!

I'm trying to make an archiCAD-file that can be used to start from for every project of our office.

I just can't seem to find out how I have tot change the standard materials and hatchings given tot libary-objects. Everytime I change them and I re-open the object default settings the jump back to the previous settings. Is there someone who can help me solve this problem?

The default Object settings cannot be altered this way. You should look at Favorites to save custom (non-default) settings. There is a way to alter the default settings, but it involves opening the library parts themselves.

You should add a Signature to your Profile (click the Profile button near the top of this page) with your ArchiCAD version and operating system (see mine for an example) for more accurate help in this forum.
