Close Window AC14

I am sure this probably has been covered but I just upgraded to AC14 and it is really annoying me. I tried looking for a thread but couldn't find one.

The FILE > CLOSE WINDOW (Ctrl W) shortcut seems to no longer work in AC14.
Now they have revised it to FILE > CLOSE PROJECT and removed the close window option, which I thought was a Windows defult key shortcut anyway.

Does anyone have a solution or work around to this? Does anyone find this as annoying as I do?

Annoying yes!! Open your WE and reassign the shortcut.
GS in their wisdom thought it correct to change the existing
and then add a NEW command to CLOSE WINDOW.

Close project to me seems pointless, I just changed my shortcut.

Great, thanks for your help,

I had overlooked that you had to change LIST > CURRENT MENU STRUCTURE to ALL COMMANDS BY THEME to see every available shortcut. I wouldn't have looked at that since AC10 or so.

Close window (CTRL+W) is under WINDOW>CLOSE WINDOW in the AC14 standard profile.

Is that what you are looking for? I never used Close Window - was it originally assigned to CTRL+SHIFT+W?

The close window command affects the active window. If that window is the floor plan view then it will also close the project (or give a warning if it is not saved).
