The ends of walls are always square to the ref line.
As there is no trimming wall to the upper section then the wall will remain square.
You could add in a small return wall but you will have a similar problem.
The corner will now trim but the end of that wall will be square and not angled like your side wall.
The only other way I can see you get what you want is to use a hidden Solid Element Operation.

Or use a polygon wall - but you won't have the composite - just a single Building Material.

Or maybe a complex profile column in the shape of the side wall (or just at the end of the wall) - this can have the composite structure and the correct shape - just won't be a wall.

Rob,

I don't know if this is what you want in terms of surface materials, whether you want that other skin of the Wall to turn on that small part at the corner.
But check the attached image.
I have split the lower Wall by drawing a perpendicular line to it from the inner corner of the Wall join to its reference line, then took the small segment at the corner and increased its height. From the selection you can distinguish the 3 individual Wall pieces.

Laszlo's solution works perfectly for walls square to each other but not when the walls are at an angle as Rob's are.

99% SEO is the best solution but there is another way:
have walls of the same height and insert an empty window opening. I use it only to have access to windows options to force complex solution.
