Dimensioning

Good evening,

I have created a composite wall ( ie, 90mm wall + 28mm batten + 25mm Foilboard + 29mm TrimDek external cladding.

Is there anyway I can dimension only the interior 90mm wall and not the overall wall thickness ( ie. 172mm ).

Thankyou,

Jon Ninyett.

Hey Jon.

Yes you can.

So long as you have set the 90mm skin as a 'core' and the other skins as 'other' or 'finish'.

Then in the dimension tool you have an option to dimension 'core only'.

That is assuming you click on the side edge of a wall when picking the dimension points.

If you click on individual nodes, you still will be able to dimension any of the skins regardless of their status.
