Does it show display order number anywhere?

Pretty much the subject line. I know there are display order numbers/levels 1-14 (I think). Is there a way to see what number display order something is at currently? I know you can reset display order after you screw them all up by trying to get something to show right, but sometimes if I could just see what number a few things are I could with much more ease fix what I'm trying to do.

I tried search but if you search "display order (any other few words)" you just get all the same results no matter what the other few words are that I add.

No, unfortunately there is no way to see what the display order level is.
It is purely a visual comparison which the other elements.

Here is an old wish that, if implemented, would help:

"...Also when you hover the mouse over the element, the tracker popup should display the stack level for quick reference and allow you to edit it manually too..."

For what it's worth.... the Knowledge base page on display order:
