Doesn't the profiled beam combine with the slab?

The connections of Beams and Slabs are generated automatically by Archicad. On your screenshot, you can see that the Beam cuts its geometry out of the Slab.

However, their Section Fills will merge (and that division line between them will disappear) only if they have the exact same Building Material. So right now, the Building Material of the Beam and the Building Material of the Slab's Core is probably not the same.

The moment I opened the wall editor to take a screenshot to counter it, I knew I was wrong. I made another one with a different name for the same fill and surface.

I'm really sorry. I don't know why I thought it was the same material. ^^
