Door Trim is extending to below the bottom of the door

??  I don't remember seeing this before.  Can't seem to find the problem.

The only way I think (apart from a bug) that that could be done is the placement of the door is pushing it below the base of the wall and there is an undercut applied in the door leaf settings?

to be a glitch. I can't find anything in any of the ootb doors that would allow this. Which door part is it? in the INT or USA library?

I thought I fixed it yesterday with a sill to base of wall setting. nope.  All the exterior doors have this morning.  Some sort of duplicate wall or something.  ?

has to be a bug in the door parameters somewhere, since it doesn't seem possible to do this intentionally with a default door. possibly translation/migration issue or something. if you reset the door to default settings then rebuild the trim/frame/leaf, does it still happen?

USA library.  I didn't have time to fuss with it.  Used a different door that works fine.

Hi Steve,

Thank you very much for sharing the report and I am very sorry for the issue!

To help with the investigation, I'm wondering if you can share a copy of the door in a MOD file? It's very easy to do:

1. Select the wall and the door in the Floor Plan.

2. Go to File > External Content > Save Selection as Module. A directory dialog box will appear, prompting you to save the selected elements as a module file.

This will help us a lot in finding out what causes the issue. Could you please help us with this?

Looking forward to hearing from you!

Best regards,

Minh

Yes,  when I get the time to hunt down the file.  I just replace that door with a different style of door and all is well for now.
