Door/Window Preview and Positioning Panel AC 10

Door/Window Preview and Positioning Panel AC 10 is not displaying a thumbnail, so that I can see the window I am building before placing. I can do a new/reset and everything is then wonderful. But I do not want to start this project over.

Check in your Work Environment that the preview pane has not been turned off for both the door and window tools.
This image is from 16 but it will be very similar in 10.
