Doors between columns

Hi everyone. I am a complete newbie testing Ac and so far I prefer it to Revit. So here is my question:

What is the best way to model full height sliding doors and windows in between steel columns, something link Mies van der Rohe Classic https://www.google.co.za/search?q=farnsworth+house&es_sm=122&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ei=4D53VZ7_H-...

Thanks in advance

Hi, for this you have to use the curtain wall tool.
As you are a Newbie I recommend you to check Archicad training series.
Indeed in the Training series vol. 2 you'll find how to do what you want exactly.
no need to re-invent the wheel
just import model into ArchiCAD ?

Thanks chaps. I will run through some tuts. I always find that the best way to learn new software is with real projects, so that I can realise what I don't know.

The only way this would happen is to insert a wall in between a two columns.
Learn and get certified!
