What is the easiest way to draw a wall in the shape of an ellipse?

Magic wand can work with it:

First draw he desired Ellipse with the Arc/Circle Tool, and then "magic-wand" the wall on the ellipse..

Another option is instead of place the wall with the magic wand, model it manually, because an ellipse is only 2 different arcs, and mirror.

I hope this works.
