Faster way to change the time of day?

We do a lot of projects where we need to assess the impact of overshadowing and solar access on sites.

Is there a shortcut to get the the “Sun” dialog box?
Or an easier way to change the time of day other than:

go to
“3D Projection Settings”
click “More Sun…”
click to the correct time of day.
hit enter
hit enter again

have a look at the shadows.
need to look at the next hour

go to
“3D Projection Settings”
click “More Sun…”
click to the correct time of day.
hit enter
hit enter again

repeat

I know that there is the sun study option, but this either spits out a file or files that we don’t need, or displays on the screen with no way of pausing to look at a specific time. And is also

A slider, dropdown menu, or text box in a palette that is always up on screen would be ideal.

Assuming you view (a saved) sun study file (.mp4) using Quicktime Player:
Instead of clicking the "play" button, drag the slider.
You can move frame by frame and see the time change in the subtitle text.
