Fillet function failure / Intersected and trimmed to roof walls.

How can I prevent this from happening? Two walls are joined together by the fillet function. There is a roof above them and AC is breaking up the curved part into smaller units because of the roof (when observed from the outside in 3D, in plan it is just one curved element).

The problem is that the curved wall and curved roof do not get the exact same segmentation to define the 'circle'.

If you are mocking up simple shapes, consider using morph tool.

If it is a 'serious' part of a building, consider the detail. The roof would either extend a bit, or part of the wall would extend. Neither would sit flush.
