Font height insertion now in FEET not POINT size? what gives

see attached.
basically now when I go to insert a "text", the font height is in FEETs not in POINT sizes? is this a viewmap setting or a text setting?

There is setting for paper size and model size.

Paper size uses the pointsize (or mm) and no matter your output scale, this is the size it prints at. So if you change to a smaller or larger scale, the size of the text relative to the model changes.

Model size uses an actual height relative to the model, so if it is 1 feet or 500 mm, that's the size the text is if you would go out there and paint it on the floor after the building is finished.
