HELP importing Sketch Up model (from Sketch Up Pro 2021) into Archicad 24

HELP!

I am trying to import a Sketch Up model into Archicad however it does not fully import all of the objects/buildings and I cannot work out why it is doing this. I am importing via File>Interoperability>Merge>Merge from file...

I am working on a MAC PC and running Sketch Up + Archicad on Student licences.

Screenshots attached.

Any help would be gratefully appreciated. Thank you.

Hello oliviajane,

Did you try to open your skp file directly by open a new projet into Archicad ?

Is there a difference ?

Hey Chrisophe,

Thanks for your reply.

No, there is no difference. If I directly open the skp file as a a new project, I get the same unfinished model imported.

Hello oliviajane,

Did you try to explode you skp model : no more group or component ?

@oliviajane Did you search these forums first for solutions?  It is important to spell things correctly:  SketchUp is one word, not two...
