I loaded the library also of AC 8.1 and AC 9. Still the hatches are not seen. I have attached all the screenshots of that. Please check this. Its a .pln file.

Hatches shouldn't have anything to do with the libraries, but it looks like you have quite a mess of libraries there.

The hatches are showing as I can see them in some of the rooms.

I assume you mean the wall hatches are missing?
Select a wall and open the composite settings dialogue.
Have a look to see what building material it is using.
Then open the building material settings and look to see what fill is being used.
If it doesn't say 'Missing' open the fill settings and see how it is set up.

Your fills and building materials look fine as far as I can see.

Check the Floor Plan Display options of your walls.
I am wondering if you have them set to 'Outlines Only'.
I always have mine set to 'Symbolic'.

No, Its in Symbolic only. I have attached the picture. See. Can I send the file. So that you can check it and let me know.

If I done the work in AC 15 and opened in AC 19 or onwards there the building material will show as missing and we cant see the hatches.

Here its not showing missing but, still the hatches are not seen.

Thank you

Sure.
If you are happy to post it publicly then just upload to a file sharing site and post the link here.
If not send me the link in a Private Message and I will look at it when I get a chance.
