How to print 2 Point Perspective with plan and elevation

I am trying to print a model in 2 point perspective with plan and elevation views as seen in this exemplar. It is possible as this exemplar was created in Archicad, but I can't work out how. Does anyone here know how to do that?

It would be all separate views added to a layout page and then aligned with each other and the plan rotated to suit.
