Mesh Ridge Lines! How to turn them off in plan and 3D

Hi there,

Just wanting to know if there is a way to hide mesh ridge lines in both 3D and plan with the plan view shown in screenshot?

I realise the option to show all ridges or user defined, but where is the option for hide all ridges?

Cheers

It is a problem.
You can't even change the pen colour to white without losing the perimeter of the mesh as well.

It has been wished for already.
Please vote for it.

As a work around you could convert it to a morph and manually hide the ridge lines.

It will be a bit fiddly if you want to make changes though, so I would certainly keep a copy of the original mesh if you choose to do this.

Yeah it definitely needs to be addressed by graphisoft!
Thanks for that, the morph option work around is alright for now I guess.

Yeah I'm not sure why there hasn't been an option to turn this setting off complete since day dot, its annoying when you don't want them showing in 2d plans. A work around I use it to change the line type to dot and then change the spacings on the dot line type to 30000mm that way in plan the lines hardly apprear. It would be nice to see this addressed as I hate creating nice elevations only for the grass to be covered in lines.
