Hi everybody, I was working on a curtain wall in the 3D editing mode.

While editing a Curtain Wall in Archicad 22, without warning the program crashed, shut down and the Bug Reporter opened up. Where is the Report Written to on my PC and are they kept in chronological order?

Thanks,

MrScott,

When you don't send in a Crash Report, it is saved on your computer as an RPT file at the following location:
C:/Users/<user>/GRAPHISOFT/BugReporting-XX

The name of the file contains the date and time it was created, but you can also just see the date the file was created. If you decided to send the report in, you can do so by going to the ARCHICAD folder and finding the GSReport.exe - this is the Bug Reporter application. Take the RPT file, and Drag-and-Drop it over the GSReport.exe to open it with the Reporter and send in the report. Make sure to add comments about what caused the crash, and write down the Bug ID you get, and send it to your local support team for further investigation.
