Roof pivot lines set to core?

I am having a brain fart. I would like the pivot lines for composite roofs to be set to the bottom of the core layer (like slabs can be set), but don't seem to be able to find this feature anywhere. Maybe I've just imagined it, since it seems so obvious. Did I miss this somewhere, or does it not exist?

(I've changed roofs to add a sheetrock layer at the bottom and they all keep moving up; I'd like them to stay put and just add the material below the existing framing.)

You mean you want to set the 'Reference Plane' on a composite roof like you can with a composite slab?

Yes.

I was asking if the pivot line could be set at different heights in a composite roof.

I don't see any options or settings either to adjust the height of the pivot line in a composite roof.
