Rustication only to specific height

Hi,

I work on ac 18 (also 23 on another computer)
Is it possible to create rustication on walls (or maybe timber) only to specific height on the wall?
My building is made from walls that go all the way up to 14meters, there are no separate walls on each floor.

If it's possible, it would make my life easier for today...
thanks

Wow, I had to dig deep in my architectural history terms for that one. We call it 'rustica' or 'brute work' here

With complex profiles it is very easy to add these sort of plinth finishes (hope that's the correct term). You can make the top part of the wall 'stretchy' so that you can just extend that as far as you would like.

Sometimes just adding this as a seperate wall on a finish layer works well too.

If you need very expressive joints on the blocks, this might be a lot of work for modelling!

In 23 (not 18) you can also use modifiers in the complex profiles.
So you can stretch the ‘rustication’ to any height and even thickness.
