Snap reference circle problems

Hi,

When I first started drawing walls, a circle would appear at the  first point/corner of the wall, but suddenly they are not enabled. How could I enable them again?

Hi!

Yes, when I open a new project file and I chose the "default template", the circle and the lines appear. But that means I have to redo all if I cannot figure it out the problem.
