Story Level Lines Offset Problem

Is anyone else experiencing problems with the story level lines 'Offset to Boundary' setting. The initial distance entered shows up correctly in elevation, however if I go back and modify the distance it works sporadically. Back in v10 it worked every time.

The length of your story level lines is determined by the length of your Section line on the floor plan. The offsets are added to that. And don't forget that that measurement is to the anchor point of your story marker library part, so the whole part will be added to it.

Yes I understand that, the problem is the offset amount in the settings, more often than not, doesn't match the elevation. I have found that I have to turn markers on and off to adjust the level lines to get them to move to the correct length as indicated in the settings.

As I said it does happen initially but after a few adjustments the length won't change in elevation.
