Why, in my file, rails are all displayed whole as glass materials, but in other documents, railing can be displayed normally?!!?

But when I copied the handrails into another file, I could show them correctly.

Check the MVO settings. Maybe the railings are set to schematic anche there’s a graphic override among those settings to change the materials to a single material which is glass by default

You should add a Signature to your Profile (click the Profile button near the top of this page) with your ArchiCAD version and operating system (see mine for an example) for more accurate help in this forum.

Thank you for this patient guidance!

I have checked the settings according to your method, but the railing is still the same. I think this may be a BUG in the software.

It could be a Graphic Override (GO) that is changing the Railing's Surfaces to glass. Look at Document > Graphic Overrides.

Thanks for adding the signature.

I have canceled Graphic override in this file. But it's still not back to normal

Thank you for your help. I think this should be an unknown BUG in the document itself.

Have you checked the MVO? This is mostly the main issue.
