Tracking Down Missing Objects

I always have a dozen or so "Missing Objects" when loading my libraries (Bolt 2, Scotia, Interior Reveal 2, etc.) They are objects I've never used. Is there a way to track down which library they are from and discover why they are "missing"?

I'm not sure but they sound like MSA parts.

You can use the "Find & Select" Tool to track-down each missing object (by name) on each Story or in the 3D window (if they are 3D objects).

If they are only showing up in the Library Manager - just "Remove" the individual objects from the Loaded Libraries.

I guess my confusion stems from a part "missing" that I've never placed in the project. "Find and Select" won't return anything since the objects aren't present. I will try "removing" them, which will probably work, but what is actually going on if I am removing something that doesn't exist? Why is the Library Manager noting these objects as missing?

If the project file was started without the use of a template file (New - Use Latest Settings) then you will retain any residual "missing" Objects from the last file worked on. This might be the case with this file.
