Transform a form into a mesh

Hello everybody,

Thank you for reading me. I'm a student in architecture from Switzerland. I need your help because I did the 3D of my roof using "Form", and I want to make a Rhino file (for a 3D-print). I need to have mesh instead of forms. Could you please help me?

When I try to export my file into a 3DS or DWG, the file is empty. The forms don't seem to be exportables.

Thank you, it's a bit urgent, and sorry for the very bad english!

Have a good day,

François

And sorry, by "form" I mean the tool "morph"...

Only for the urgency,
why don't you try to export IFC 2x3 and import it directly in Rhyno?
Exporting in dwg and 3Ds require a little calibration of translators.

is that on your screen hidden line display option enabled or not ?

How did you model this roof ??? With Morph ? When you select that roof and click command check solidity, what happens ? Is Morh roof solid ???

Morps are export-able only if they are solid....If you have only Morph lines and try to export them as 3ds you will get nothing...You must have at least planes to be able to export it as 3ds.
